Shipping

Your orders will be shipped same day as long as your order has been placed by 14:00. All orders after 14:00 are shipped the next business day.

• (Attiki) We ship orders by Geniki Tachydromiki and if your parcel is too large then we ship your product with company truck.

• (Rest of Greece) We ship orders by Geniki Tachydromiki and in some cases by Transport Companies.

• (Cyprus) We ship orders by DHL, Geniki Tachydromiki and in some cases by Transport Companies.

• (Europe-World) We ship orders by DHL but also by ELTA, where in the case of ELTA there is a limit on parcels weighing up to 20kg. Our store can't and will not be held responsible for any customs costs associated with your purchase in countries outside the European Union. Before ordering, we recommend that you check with the local authority if there will be any relevant costs.

Collect Point / Buy and collect from our partner

Now you can order and collect our products from the physical store RideOnShop in Glyfada (14 Tzavella Street, 2nd floor).

In this way you will not be charged for shipping and/or COD and you can pay by Card ONLY.

• SAT 10:00 - 14:00

Delivery

Your orders are delivered on normal periods, on the next working day at your door.

In most islands orders are delivered within 2 business days and inaccessible areas may have additional 2 days delay.

Free shipping

We provide FREE shipping for orders worth over €80 only for national orders.

In case of situations mentioned here below in **, we will propose to ship your product with transport company. In such case the cost will burden the client regardless of order value. 

* In periods of offers and holidays there may be small delays in deliveries.

** In case of emergency at national or international level (such as pandemic, earthquake, fire, etc.) please accept our apologies and appreciate that there might be delays in the processing and delivery of your order.
